Owners and occupants! Please note that the week of September 22 – 26th we will be having the parking areas and Garden drive seal coated and striped. You will be told what day your area will be done and it is YOUR responsibility to have your vehicle elsewhere. If it is not moved it will be towed at your expense. Please refer back to this web page to see what days affect you. We will try to send flyers out as well.

The folders containing the By-Laws and their Addendum can be found below. To view the contents of the folders:

– Select, “Download.”
– A pop-up window should appear. Select “Save File,” and then click, “Okay.”
– Once the file has completed downloading, locate it in the “File Explorer” on your desktop (Start Menu > File Explorer > Downloads).
– Right-click the file and select “Extract All.”
– Click “Browse” in order to select where the file should be extracted.
– You may now open the file to view the By-Laws or Addendum.
